Aaj second day hai apki exersice ka to new joiners kya aap ready hai apni second day exersice ke liye to aao chalte hai.
Aaj bhi ham small amount mai exersice krenge qki aapka second day hai and aapki muscel bhi pain mai hogi isliye.
  1. Wormup
  2. Stretching 
  3. Pushups 2 set (10 reps)
  4. Chest dips 2 set (10 reps)
Ye sb exersice perform karke aap krenge 
1. Straightbench Chest press (Road) 2 set 
2.inclinebench dumbbell press2 set
Iske baad aapko karna hai apni back muscel train.
1. Pull ups. 2 set 
2. Letpull down 2 set 
3.side dumbbell crul 2 set 
Finish dosto aaj ke liye itna kafi hai in dono muscel ko train krne se aapki body ka pain thoda kam hoga qki ye dono apki body ki big muscel hai.
